We have spaces for a maximum of 10 students on the course and with 3 Surf Sistas instructors and our videographer/photographer on hand you will receive plenty of 1:1 instruction throughout the week as well as benefiting from the group training sessions and of course the support of your fellow Sistas!

SURFING:
You will be learning to surf with top ISA qualified instructors in our female only Surf Sistas sessions – your tuition includes the rental of a softboard surfboard and wetsuit.
We will cover the basics of learning to surf including
- Ocean safety and surfing safely
- How to position yourself on a surfboard
- How to paddle and catch whitewater waves
- How to stand-up on a surfboard
- Stance and surfing with control
- Surf Etiquette
- Basic surf science such as waves formation
- How to assess the conditions and know when and where to go surfing!
- Surf Confidence and most importantly we’ll have a lot of fun!
The 8 in-water lessons will take place two sessions per day on the Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of the week, interspersed with specialist theory and photo/video analysis sessions.
We’ve kept Wednesday free for you to relax (surfing is tiring!) or use the surfboard and wetsuit between the lifeguarded black and white flags on the beach and practice what you have been learning. If you’re keen to explore Newquay instead then check out our handy guide here!
We will surf at either South Fistral beach or Towan Beach in Newquay depending on the conditions and will be keeping an eye on the forecast for the best conditions to help you learn to surf!

Booking is easy, use the PayPal button below to choose your dates and to make your payment. You can pay via paypal account or credit/debit card.
You can choose to pay a 50% deposit now and the remainder 4 weeks prior to the course or the full payment now.
Once we have received your booking payment we will email you a booking confirmation with all the information that you need about the course plus some booking questions from us to complete.
